Pay the remaining $25 USD per adult on the day of arrival. - Return:
Take your included transportation back to the Costa Maya Cruise Port.
📋 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled excursion date
will not be charged the remaining balance. - The $20 USD deposit is non-refundable; however, when applicable,
it may be retained as a credit with no expiration that can be used
toward a future trip or another available tour. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the excursion date,
no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may be subject to the full balance. - If your cruise ship is unable to arrive at Costa Maya because of
weather, port closure, or a decision by the cruise line not to dock,
your deposit will be refunded and no unpaid balance will be charged. - Refunds, when applicable, may take approximately
10–20 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
